In January the Moroccan Sports Federation invited CCPA to participate in their annual Sport for All Caravan. The Caravan was taking place over three days in small villages around the desert country. The purpose of the caravan is to reach the villages around Moroccan, who rarely get attention. Focus is sport for all – everything from traditional games to dance and ball games to physical training exercises. All of it is facilitated by employees in the Federation, several of which are former Olympic winners in athletics.
This year, representatives from CCPA in Jordan, Tunisia and Denmark were invited to join the caravan. The Caravan was the starting point of a new four-year cooperation between CCPA and Morocco, supported by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs’s Danish-Arab Partnership Program (DAPP), where Morocco is the newest player.
