From 24.01-12.02 nine young Danes, representing "Operation Dagsvaerk", will travel to Egypt and Iraq to take a closer look at the situation evolving in the MENA region. During the trip they will meet with youth from Iraq and Kurdistan to learn more about the people and culture in the region.
The trip is part of the preparations to the coming project co-operation between the Danish student organization "Operation Dagsvaerk" and CCPA. The project is called "Grassroots", and the idea behind it is to give young men and women in Iraq the opportunity to be youth – and the chance to give the next generation the opportunities, that they never came close to having themselves.
