REGIONAL INSTRUCTOR SEMINAR ?ITLUK, 18-21. June

As part of the regular education of the staff and innstruoctors, CCPA OFFS hosted a three-day seminar in ?itluk, BH, attended by 37 instructors and 14 staff members. Seminar had a practical and theoretical part, with the subject :

"GATEWAY TO FOOTBALL"

Idea has been initialized by cooperation with FC Barcelona Foundation, realizing projects in Oman and Qatar and preparing for implementation of Fun Football projects in Tunisia, Libia and Russia… We need our successful platform, but also new ideas, new games and excercises. It is expected to use the Lego managment idea, who have, observing children realized what are their game interests, what do they like to play most, and concluded that children learn the best – if play freely.
We need to give our children a lot of socializing, games, environment where they can freely express their desires, Fun Football concept, all in order for them to fall in love with football and pass the gateway that will leade them to further football. We needed to find the answer – what is the best Fun Football, to reach new, interesting games, re-motivate and re-energize ourselves in order to acomplish all of this, and based on it, make our new Fun Football manual.
All participants were accommodated in a nice Hotel ‘Brotnjo’ in ?itluk, where all conditions for a good theoretical work were available. Practical part of the seminar was done on stadium NK ‘Brotnjo’. Sarajevo office ensured all needed logistics for theoretical and practical work, and office Belgrade ensured all participans got their personal equipment.

Some opinions:

– We think all subjects, theory and practical were well elected and presented, detally prepared and guided.
– Work should be shorter with more efficient evolvement by instructors.
– We missed a process of evaluating each topic and have concrete results, conclusions and games.
– We missed a staff meeting.
– The general success rate of the seminar, based on set goals, we expect from seminar organizers and staff from regional offices.
