Winners of the Championship “Football Against Drugs and Crimes” were awarded in the House of Footbal

Awarding ceremony of the winners the Kyiv city Championship League “Football Against Drugs and Crimes”, which practices both prevention and rehabilitation using football tools, was held on 17th of September. Celebrations took place in the conference hall of the House of Football.
“Sport Against Drugs” organization, that set up this League in Ukraine, is the active part and promoter of the OFFS project among so called “wayward” youth. Currently the League consists of 20 football teams which consider football to be the best way of self-actualization.
Winners were awarded by Mr. Maksym Bondarev, the FFU CEO; Mr. Yuriy Verkhman, the Head of “Sport Against Drugs” organization; Mr. Yevgeniy Stolitenko, OFFS Project National Coordinator in Ukraine, the member of the UEFA Grassroots Panel and Mr. Igor Andrushko, the Deputy Head of the State Penal Administration of Ukraine.  Mr. Ivan Yaremchuk, famous football veteran, also took part in the ceremony as the honored guest. Besides rehabilitation centers, public persons and businessmen caring youth problems, thespians of Kyiv city participated in celebrations.
Dmytro Gyra – singer and participant of the TV show “X-factor” – took the floor during the event. Apart of him, guests of the ceremony were overwhelmed by skills of the Public Organization “Sport Against Drugs” pupils. They showed some spectacular karate skills.
The best team-players, winners and runners-up as well as all just contest participants were awarded. Teams of “Terapiya”, “Rubin”, “Dominator”, “Mors’ka Pikhota”, “Sonz”, “Ezra”, “Praid”, “Leader” and “Yuventa” got prizes for the successful display in the football championship of Kyiv city.

Rostyslav Kipnis and Sergiy Pronenko got Certificates of Merit in the category “For the Will to Live” on behalf of “Sport Against Drugs” organization and Football Federation of Ukraine, Volodymyr Dzen’ and Fedir Pavlov got diplomas “For the Significant Input in Fight Against Drugs and Crimes”.
