Lesson Learned Seminar for leaders and coaches from Moldova
During 1-2nd December, the Training Center of National Teams in Vadul lui Voda city (Moldova) organized a lesson-learned seminar for leaders and coaches who participated in CCPA-Open Fun Football Schools 2022 edition.
The seminar started with the welcoming of participants by Anders Levinsen – Director of Cross Cultures Project Association – Danut Stealian Oprea – Technical director FAM, Svetlana Patras – Coordinator of CCPA / OFFS Moldova, Neli Lelenco – Chief of National Public Security Inspectorate (INSP) of the General Police Inspectorate (IGP), Gheorghe Gheorghisenco – Lead officer on Juvenile Protection Section of National Public Security Inspectorate (INSP) of the General Police Inspectorate (IGP).
At the Lesson Learned Seminar participated, 48 persons, including coaches, social workers, and police.
Cross Cultures organized a lot of workshops and presentations on different topics: the SSP program “Sport + School + Police”, a local example of Open Fun Football Schools, feedback and communication, progress during the 2022 edition, girl’s football in the frame of the Fun Football Concept, social activities organized by CCPA/OFFS staff and special workshop organized by Anders Levinsen – “Intervention Tree (Triangle)”.
The biggest lesson from this seminar is that working together gives much more results, especially in working with children.
