Cross Cultures Alliance
Cross Cultures is more than an organisation – an international alliance of partners working together at regional, national, and local levels towards a common goal guided by a common set of principles.
The alliance partners include various actors, from regional offices to local, youth-led grassroots associations. But even if the organogram places the Danish headquarters at the top of the organisation, the Cross Cultures Alliance only exists because of the partner organisations’ many fun sports activities in their respective communities. Consequently, the Cross Cultures Alliance has a solid bottom-up structure. The head office’s main task is to support the creation and continued development of local associations in the partner countries.
