CCPA/OFFS Croatia reavels plan and program of activities for 2013.
In addition to 12 five-day OFFS with 200 children, we are planning to hold 15 OFFS with 100 children per school that last up to three days. These 3-day OFFS are suitable for communities in areas that do not have a sufficient number of children or are very distant from the other which requires high transport costs and safety risks children.
To successfully implement the planned OFFS schools, we have carried out training of leaders and trainers for the 2013 season. According to our pan, we held three OFFS seminars
Dvor na Uni – 22nd to 25th June 2013
The seminar in Dvor had the purpose of presenting new facilities, maintenance workshops on new content and preparation of seminars in Daruvar. Given the interest shown by our cross training friends, we strive to innovate the content at OFFS Bednja – Lepoglava – Videm (Slovenia). The leader and coach seminar at Palace was preceded by the seminar instructors and CCPA staff, which further enriched the program of work on the seminar in Dvor.
The leader and coach seminar was attended by 24 coaches, four leaders from the two schools Bednja-Lepoglava-Videm (SLO) and Sra?inec. The seminar was hosted by the national CCPA cooidinator and the CCPA Croatia office, and the theoretical and practical was conducted by our very skilled and experienced instructors Zlatko Stepi? and Vinko Bartolovi?. It was agreed to include new games for OFFS 2013.
The next leaders and coaches two seminars we held in Daruvar.
Daruvar 4th to 7th July 2013
Together with the Academy of HNS, we held a seminar for coaches for the C license that was attended by 70 candidates, of which 11 were girls.
The seminar was hosted by Mr. Boris Kubla, regular lecturer at the Academy and instructors participated were Verica Medved, a federal judge, Dr. Matijevic and Zlatko Stepi?.
The seminar was impeccably organized and implemented, the participation and interest of the candidates was of highest level. In order to be the examined in the C license, the candidates was required to pass 25 hours of coaching education of CCPA OFFS Croatia plus 30 hours of practical training on an OFFS.Together, the theorical and practical traning of OFFS encompass 60 hours to ensure the coaches can pass the C license exam. Final exam for the C license candidates will be in late September at the Academy of HNS.
We are very delighted by the attendance of leaders and coaches from BiH OFFS Travnik – Novi Travnik – Donji Vakuf – Gornji Vakuf – Bugojno, whose participation gave an international dimension, and reaffirmed that the seminars organized with coaches from other countries are most welcome
Daruvar 11th to 14th July 2013 .
This final seminar was hosted by Velimir Suban, CCPA country coordinator in Croatia with the unconditional support of external consultant, Renata Gomaz. Expert session in theory and practice was led by instructors Vinko Bartolovi?, Zlatko Stepi?, Amela Trbovi? and Renata Gomaz.
We are very pleased and satisfied to see such a significant number of new young trainers with whom we expect to build on for the future together with our already excellent OFFS staff in Croatia. Also, we are grateful og the special attention to safety, effectiveness and extraordinary conditions available in Dvor na Uni and Daruvar. All these activities were followed by the media with great satisfaction.
